Near Living was conceived as a residential development project with the ambition to offer more than just new housing. Our task was to establish a clear strategic foundation, define its character, and transform it into a brand capable of standing strong in a competitive market while effectively reaching its target audience.

For Near Living, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy defining the project’s positioning, core values, target groups, and tone of voice. The goal was to create a strong and consistent foundation on which the project could build its long-term communication and sales activities.

Building on the strategy, we created the visual identity — from logo and typography to color palette and an overall visual system that is modern, timeless, and naturally reflects both the character of the project and its architectural concept.

The scope also included fully customized web development. We designed the structure, UX, and content logic to ensure the website functions as a key sales tool for the development project — clear, intuitive, and optimized for conversions. At the same time, we developed supporting campaign communication to help launch the project and strengthen its market visibility.

The result is a comprehensive and consistent brand that connects strategy, visual identity, and digital experience into one cohesive and functional whole.
